Appointments & Booking
A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment. This will go toward your total service cost.
Arrive On Time: Please arrive on time with clean lashes and no eye makeup. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service or cancellation.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Changes made within 24 hours may be subject to a fee that is 50% of the service.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service and may be required to pay in advance for future bookings.

Fills & Retention
Classic Fills must be booked every 2–3 weeks with at least 40% of lashes remaining. Fills beyond 3 weeks or with less than 40% will be charged as a full set.
Retention Guarantee: If you experience excessive lash loss within 48 hours of your appointment, please contact us right away. We’ll happily schedule a quick touch-up at no extra charge.

Health & Safety
Please reschedule if you are sick or have any contagious conditions.
If you’ve had eye surgery, allergies, or lash damage, notify us in advance so we can assess your eligibility for lash services.
